This paragraph contains a brief description of the Parrot Bush and the Honey that comes from this bush.
The Parrot Bush - so named because Parrots have a particular liking for this plant - is widespread throughout Western Australia, and none of its fifty-nine species can be found outside of WA.
This particular honey was collected from the coastal plains north of Perth. The flowers are very firm with gold to bronze colouring with the flowering period last up to eight months from May to December.
